The use of Vriligy® 60 mg
Vriligy® (Dapoxetine 60 mg) is a remedy against premature ejaculation – one of the main causes of sexual dysfunction in men.
Vriligy® helps to better manage ejaculation and increases the duration of sexual intercourse in men with sustained or recurrent premature ejaculation.
The principle of operation of Vriligy®
Vriligy® tablets contain 60 mg of dapoxetine, a fast–acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor with a duration of action of 1-2 hours and a decay period of 24 hours. The drug increases the level of serotonin in the brain, a neurotransmitter responsible for the ejaculation reflex. It is believed that a low level of serotonin leads to an acceleration of the reactions responsible for ejaculation, and, as a result, to unwanted premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine blocks the reuptake of serotonin in synapses between neurons and thus contributes to the accumulation of the substance in nerve cells. A large amount of serotonin allows the cells to interact with each other longer, which significantly prolongs the onset of ejaculation.
The composition of Vriligy®
The main active component of Vriligy® is dapoxetine. The tablets also contain lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, colloidal silicon oxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, black and yellow iron oxide pigments.
